General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bddk online gaming platform and its users. By registering on bddk or using any of the platform's services, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and that is the sole authoritative version. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Registration
To open an account and play on bddk, all of the following conditions must be met:

- Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Registration Process
During registration you will be required to provide your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. bddk may at any time request additional information or documents for identity verification purposes.
bddk reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
Account Management
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else may compromise your account security, and bddk will bear no responsibility in such cases.

Account Suspension
bddk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms

- Operating multiple accounts
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's technical systems
If an account is suspended, any verified real-money balance will be returned. However, bonus balances and any winnings earned from those bonuses may be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on bddk is ৳200 (two hundred taka) per method. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
All deposit transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Deposits must come from your own payment method only — third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Successfully verified requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses.
- bddk reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for identity verification purposes.
- Additional documentation may be requested for unusual or suspicious transactions.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
bddk offers various bonus offers for new and regular players. Each bonus is subject to its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is described below.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more means the bonus is capped at ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the real money deposited.
General Bonus Policy
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and all winnings earned from it being cancelled.
- bddk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.
VIP Program
bddk's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Players can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Each VIP tier has its own benefits and terms.
Gaming Rules
All games available on bddk — slots, live casino, and cricket betting — are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. Technical measures are in place to ensure fair play.
Game Results
Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results. If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that game may be voided and the staked amount will be returned.
Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. All bets must remain within your account balance. Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary by game and will be displayed in the relevant game interface.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bddk and may result in permanent account closure:
- Attempting any form of fraud or manipulation
- Using software bots, scripts, or automated methods to play games
- Placing low-risk or opposing bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (bonus abuse)
- Operating multiple accounts
- Attempting to interfere with bddk's technical systems or game code
- Harassing other players or engaging in inappropriate behaviour on the platform
- Using your account for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Impersonating bddk staff
If a prohibited activity is detected, bddk reserves the right to suspend the account and transactions pending investigation. If an investigation confirms an irregularity, all balances may be forfeited.

In any circumstance, bddk's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of direct loss only, and bddk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss beyond that.
